Cleartrip introduced Hotel Vibes, a mood-based hotel discovery feature designed to simplify how young travelers explore stays. Instead of searching through filters and lists, users could now discover hotels based on the vibe they were looking for—romantic, beachside, party, family, and more.
The objective was to build strong awareness for this new feature among young, interest-driven audiences, position it as a fresh way to discover hotels, and drive consideration and search intent in a highly cluttered travel category.
The campaign was rolled out using a multi-format, multi-creative approach. Celebrity-led videos featuring Khushi Kapoor and the Dhoni–Carry Minati duo showcased how different travelers find their perfect “vibe” using the feature. Media was activated across YouTube (non-skippable, skippable, bumpers) and high-impact display formats with frequency control to maximize reach. Audience targeting leveraged in-market travel audiences, affinity segments via CTV, first-party data of flight and hotel browsers, and second-party cohorts from Flipkart and Myntra. Geo prioritization ensured strong Share of Voice in key markets, while interest-led messaging kept the feature relatable and easy to understand.
